After nuts are windrowed, harvesters collect them from the ground using belts, chains, or rotating pickup fingers. Inside the machine, airflow, sifters, and separation systems clean the nuts on the go—removing dirt, sticks, and leaves. This built-in cleaning improves product quality and reduces labor at the processing facility.

Conditioners work hand-in-hand with harvesters by prepping the windrows in advance. They lift nuts, remove foreign materials, and spread them evenly, speeding up drying and reducing moisture-related delays. Cleaner rows also allow harvesters to move faster with fewer jams, meaning lower maintenance costs and a smoother harvest overall.
